This role is hands-on with dogs every day and is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a close-knit team, and providing exceptional care to both dogs and their humans.

What Weâre Looking For
- Weekend and holiday availability is a must!
- A love of dogs and a desire to learn about dog behavior and body language
- Knowledge of the dog care industry is a plus but not required if youâre eager and able to learn quickly
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Dedication to providing an exceptional experience for our canine guests and their owners
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes loud and messy environment
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising and directing safe, positive group play
- Monitoring dog behavior and responding proactively to maintain safety
- Maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all guests
- Following established facility procedures and safety protocols
- Communicating clearly with management and teammates
- Ensuring guests and their owners feel comfortable and receive the level of service theyâve come to expect from The Dog StopÂź
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment
